MARK FESSLER

Chief Operating Officer

Mark Fessler is responsible for HTG Capital Partners, LLC (HTG) day-to-day management of the firm’s operations, technology, risk management, accounting and human resources. He is focused on framing issues and opportunities as well as championing strategic, tactical and financial solutions to provide traders with an environment conducive to success.

Mark is a seasoned general manager with many years of operational, financial and technology experience in a proprietary trading business. He comes to HTG from Kingstree Trading LLC (Kingstree), which merged certain electronic proprietary trader groups with HTG in December of 2009. At Kingstree, Mark was the General Manager/Chief Financial Officer responsible for all aspects of the trading atmosphere. Prior to that, Mark obtained finance and management experience as a Director of Finance at RR Donnelley and spent six years providing auditing services at Price Waterhouse.

Mark earned a Bachelor of Business Management (accounting major) degree at the University of Toledo and has a Master of Management (finance/marketing major) from the J.L. Kellogg School Management of Northwestern University. He has held various regulatory certifications, including Series 63 (Uniform State Law), Series 27 (Financial and Operations Principal) and Certified Public Accountant.
